A beautiful card made for me by
Colemans Warehouse at Higham Ferrers.
I can not thank you enough as a lot of care has gone into making it.

I have made this cross-stitch although it may seem somber, for the unbelievable loss of life to so many, and to all those who were left to grieve across the world.
1914-1918 in the great war.
This Sunday will be the 100th Anniversary of the signing of the Armistice when the bells rang again after 4 years of silence.
LEST WE FORGET.

The words underneath the fabric of poppies.
My 2 tributes along each side of each other for WW1 from the beginning of the war to the signing of the armistice with some of my poppies for this Sunday 11th November 2018.
In Remembrance. Lest We Forget.
In Remembrance. Lest We Forget.
I have just received this letter from Her Majesty. Deeply moved.
I have actually made over 800 poppies in the last four years everyone with love. Sandy

As we move into the eve of the 100th Anniversary of the signing of Armistice tomorrow
11th November 2018
I will remember with many others those who lost their lives
(and the animals too) in the Great War.
In 4 years I have managed to make over 800 poppies with my beloved
husband Pat 's assistance. xxx
I never dreamed I would be able to achieve this.
It has been a pleasure in donating some to people and an enornmous honour that people
and friends of mine have brought them and supported our branch of the Royal British Legion.
I wanted to add a special thank you to Phil York and Anne White of the NRBL.
I have had people thank me personally which was very humbling.
I went to our Hobbycraft today and 2 of the staff were wearing them. x
Therefore to all the volunteers who have helped to sell them thank you
from the bottom of my heart.
LEST WE FORGET.
